We may use services such as Google Analytics or other analytics services that provides us with analysis of the use of our Services.


You are not required to make all of this information available to us. However, if you do not make such information available we will not be able to provide the Services.

We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. Social Wave does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

We will not share any personal data with third-parties to the extent prohibited by applicable law.


Do Not Track


The State of California requires that operators of websites and online services to disclose how they respond to a Do Not Track signal. Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
