We also receive Information regarding end users’ activities and purchases on an ecommerce website. We also receive information regarding end users’ activities on Instagram and other social networking sites, such as the end users’ public profile information, profile content, and profile metrics.
We may use services such as Google Analytics or other analytics services that provides us with analysis of the use of our Services.
You are not required to make all of this information available to us. However, if you do not make such information available we will not be able to provide the Services.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, we will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity, behavior or digital content of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal or infringing behavior. We will comply with any applicable law that requires the collection and provision of your data to the applicable authorities.
We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any countries outside the United States or the European Economic Area. All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.
We may disclose data and information as necessary for us to enforce our agreements and policies, to investigate any claims against Social Wave, and to protect the rights and property of Social Wave or its agents, employees and customers. We may disclose data as we reasonably believe necessary to investigate and protect the security of our software, servers and other equipment.
We may disclose or transfer data and information in connection with a sale of all or part of our business, or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.
Social Wave does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

We do not endorse any services or offered by third parties and we urge our users to exercise caution in using third-party services.
We will not share any personal data with third-parties to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Do Not Track
The State of California requires that operators of websites and online services to disclose how they respond to a Do Not Track signal. Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
